A practice of GRATITUDE. 💙🙏💙
I know, I know...you probably know about the power of gratitude. But are you doing it consistently with your whole heart?
If you are, amazing!! Keep that momentum going!!
If you aren’t, you’re still amazing! I do encourage you to make this a daily practice in your life. Especially if you want to experience pure love run through your entire body ALL THE TIME!
When you deeply connect to all the things you are thankful for, the chemistry in your body starts to shift. The frequency of your heart is exponentially more powerful that the frequency of your mind. So by starting your morning practices with gratitude, it can be such a vibrant way to raise your frequency and connection to Source.
I remember back in the day when I was down and out. I would constantly find things to complain and bitch about.
House being a mess...
My parents not being there emotionally when I was young...
All the ex-boyfriends who hurt and betrayed me...
It’s this person’s fault...
Monsanto is killing all of us...
Big Pharma are greedy sons of bitches...
Trump is taking us to the shitter...
And the more I bitched and complained, the more things the Universe gave me to bitch and complain about.
This got completely overwhelming and draining.
It actually got out of control and I felt like I was drowning in my own sorrows.
Every day, I was dragging my feet and telling myself “one step at a time” while living this illusion of pain and suffering right into my core.
I was living in my own hell because I was living in my mind and not my heart.
And one day, I had to make a decision that I wasn’t going to live like this anymore.
I knew in my gut & my heart that I could make my life truly magical and there was something amazing in the horizon for me.
So...I had to step the fuck up and start showing up for myself.
I started doing a practice of daily morning gratitude.
And no matter what, I was going to do this every fucking morning.
So I did.
1️⃣ First day...okay, a little tiny shift but not enough.
2️⃣ Second day...I’m feeling a little better. Still a pile of dishes though.
3️⃣ Third day...I’m starting to energetically feel lighter. Messy house didn’t bother me as much.
4️⃣ Fourth day...I’m naturally starting to look for things I am grateful for...like this home that was safe and warm.
5️⃣ Fifth day...Feeling really good and carpets are magically vacuumed!
6️⃣ Sixth day...I wake up feeling full of love and with more energy!
7️⃣ Seventh day...holy wow, I just manifested a community of like-minded spiritual souls...feels like my tribe!! This is what I’ve been asking for!!
And it kept getting better and better. 🌸🌸🌸
You see...the first day builds up on the next...and when you get that momentum of gratitude piling up, the Universe will show you more things to be grateful for.
I can’t even describe to you how drastically my life has shifted from this simple exercise.
🌟 Feeling so full and complete within myself.
🌟 Connecting with a tribe soooo aligned with my soul!
🌟 More love and support from family and friends!
🌟 Deep releasing of patterns!
🌟 Really, really feeling the connection to Source running powerfully through my body (this feeling such a trip)!

So here is EXACTLY what I did.
Every morning, I would wake up and grab my journal that I set on my bed stand the night before.
When I woke up, I would write 10 things I was GRATEFUL for and also WHY I was grateful. (I did not look at my phone the first thing...very important!)
For example I wrote, “I am truly grateful to have my bed because it is so soft and I had a restful night’s sleep.”
After I wrote all 10 things and the reasons why, I read each one out loud one-by-one with both hands on my HEART.
Then I would close my eyes and FEEL into the GRATITUDE. I would breathe deeply into my body and allow my whole body to feel GRATITUDE and say out loud “THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU.”
I did this for each thing I wrote down.
I did it every day.
This simple practice changed the trajectory of my life.
🌸 Now I feel so much flow, ease, relaxation...I’m just completely chill and loving the feeling, loving life.
🌸 I literally feel the Universe and I co-creating with our energies together.
🌸 I have so much energy and I’m listening to what my SOUL wants me to do.

I have been asking the Universe the question “how do I let and allow?” How can I let go of the things that don’t serve me anymore so I may be of service to myself and the world? Here are 5 helpful steps can help you go towards the flow of the Universe.
When you are experiencing contrasting, challenging situations or emotions, know that they are ALWAYS divine messages for you to learn and grow. When contrast shows up in your life and you are feeling dark emotions, allow them to be acknowledged so they can be processed through the body in order to be released. This is called SURRENDER. Your body desperately wants to be acknowledged, approved of and accepted in every way. Remember when you were a kid and had big feelings? Did your parents, teachers or friends shut you down or shame you because you had big emotions? Well, you can’t shut yourself down anymore.
❤️ 5 STEPS TO HEAL YOUR ROOT CHAKRA ❤️
The Root chakra (Muladhara in Sanskrit) is located at the base of your spine and the color frequency is RED.
This chakra represents being present, safe & secure in your physical body and in your physical world. It is about getting all of your needs met, having stability and feeling secure with yourself. The Root is what makes up your FOUNDATION and it is the survival center in your body. If you are not feeling safe, it triggers the fight, flight, or freeze response. This is the primal, animal nature of survival.
As an infant, if you were raised with the basic needs such as love, food, water, shelter, safety, and had your emotional needs met, most likely you feel grounded, safe and secure within yourself and in the world.
If your environment as a young child was chaotic, your caregivers were emotionally unstable, or withheld attention or love, then you might presently lack trust and security within yourself and in the world. This leads to blockages and imbalances in your Root chakra and your overall energy field.
This imbalance in your Root chakra can definitely be healed with doing some work on yourself. This is ultimate self-care, self-love because you are taking the steps for growth and personal development. So let me tell you the 5 steps that I have found to be crucial to my ROOT CHAKRA healing.

Who is the Inner Child? The Inner Child is the the younger version of yourself.
She or he could be any age while you were growing up until the present moment. As a person sensitive to energy, an empath, as a Lightworker, as an Indigo/Crystal Child, it is important for you to connect with and love your Inner Child as often as you can. Especially when you have been triggered.
A trigger can come suddenly when you have something within yourself that hasn't been resolved yet. This story is still in your body and it wants to be seen so badly! It might be repressed or suppressed memory that was shoved away or you said "I'll deal with this later." It wants to be seen so it can finally be released from your body. What does this mean when this story is released from your body? Freedom within. Peace within.
