Would you like to attract more financial abundance into your life? I sure do! As Bob Proctor says in his book "It's Not All About the Money," building financial abundance is all about your inner world, self-worth and how you value yourself.
When you know in your Soul and your DNA that you are worthy and have so much value, that is when the abundance starts to radiate in your outer life. To start this process, I suggest you meditate with money. Love money. Smell money. Be still with money and ask it questions. It may provide deep answers you seek in order to take the specific action steps towards financial freedom.

For those who have a lot of belly fat, have you ever wondered why it is still there? What is it trying to protect? Has it been there because you are not showing up for yourself? Now it's time to be there for your body and be present with it instead of neglecting it and stuffing our feelings.
I get it, this world can be brutal and the only thing that will make me feel amazing would be a hot chocolate cookie with vanilla ice cream melted over it. It's wonderful to experience this feeling of love and deliciousness. But when it is excessive and compulsive, you've got to ask yourself "what the hell am I repressing?"

Who is the Inner Child? The Inner Child is the the younger version of yourself.
She or he could be any age while you were growing up until the present moment. As a person sensitive to energy, an empath, as a Lightworker, as an Indigo/Crystal Child, it is important for you to connect with and love your Inner Child as often as you can. Especially when you have been triggered.
A trigger can come suddenly when you have something within yourself that hasn't been resolved yet. This story is still in your body and it wants to be seen so badly! It might be repressed or suppressed memory that was shoved away or you said "I'll deal with this later." It wants to be seen so it can finally be released from your body. What does this mean when this story is released from your body? Freedom within. Peace within.
This is my stream of consciousness about what I am healing within myself. I actually go through a healing and see myself transform into a more open-hearted person just by loving my body. I hope this method helps you too. Thanks for watching and talk to you soon!

When I was pregnant with my daughter, I used these affirmations every day. It's hard being pregnant when hormones are flying all over the place and so many thoughts are raceing through your mind. Saying affirmations was one of the ways to calm my mind and empower myself. It also helps when you visualize beautiful golden energy as you say these daily pregnancy affirmations. Enjoy!
We all need to be seen and heard, right? But a lot of it has been from outside sources. For example, you got praise from your parents if you did something good or shame from them if you did something wrong. Compliments and acceptance from your friends, coworkers, bosses, significant others and our kids seem to feed our happiness. When the tendency is to look to external sources for our internal happiness, then it takes a longer time for us to manifest our soul's desires. It's only when we start to hold space of love for ourselves that we really start to heal and transform our lives!
