​This meditation is for people who are dealing with stress, anxiety, ptsd, trauma, childhood trauma, abuse, addictions, depression, postpartum depression, baby blues, for empaths and lightworkers. LET'S LIGHT UP HUMANITY TOGETHER! We need this meditation for ourselves as well.

For Lightworkers, Empaths, Healers, Magicians, Angels, Witches and for those who want to connect with their bodies and their hearts. CHALLENGE: Do this meditation 3 times a day for 40 days!

This meditation was inspired by listening to spiritual mentors on YouTube such as Kyle Cease, Matt Kahn and Amanda Flaker.
